Our story
This idea already
had an appetite.
NYMM began as loaded mac-and-cheese specials at City Café in Amarillo. Those combinations found their audience, and the idea grew into a ghost-kitchen concept that brought in orders without dedicated marketing.
Now, we’re taking the next step: a food truck with its own identity, loaded macs, elevated sourdough melts, and plenty of Panhandle flavor.
